Our Team

Victor Osumi

A 35-year veteran of the tourism, hospitality, and aviation industries, Victor Osumi is executive regional vice president for the Americas at Seibu Prince Hotels and Resorts and a board member for ACE Hotels Worldwide. He was previously managing director and president for Japan at Delta Air Lines and served two terms as president of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan (2024–2025). His career includes director and executive roles with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Marriott International, InterContinental Hotels Group, and IHG Hotels Group Japan.

Hisako Osumi

Educated on the East Coast of the United States, Hisako Osumi brings extensive international expertise to our team. Her career spans more than two decades in the travel and hospitality industry across premier destinations, including Hawaii and Florida. Having served on the front lines of travel consultancy, she possesses a profound understanding of high-end guest relations and operational excellence. Most recently, she transitioned her expertise to the medical sector within a prominent US hotel group, where she specializes in coordinating care for international patients. Her unique blend of hospitality background and medical service coordination ensures a seamless, world-class experience for a diverse global clientele.

Hans Klemm

For nearly four decades, Hans Klemm served as an American diplomat for the US Foreign Service, including as US Ambassador to Romania and to Timor-Leste. He has also been chief human resources officer for the US Department of State and represented the United States as coordinator for Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation. From 2022 to 2025, he served as the Japan representative for the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) leading government, policy, and public affairs for PhRMA in Japan. Currently a vice president and governor of the American Chamber of Commerce Japan, he is also a member of the Board of Councilors of the U.S.-Japan Council (USJC), where he helps develop and connect global leaders to create a stronger US–Japan relationship.
